Terms & Conditions
Funds paid to Streets Ahead for prepaid driving (block bookings) must be applied to driving lessons by you within six months of the date of your original payment to Streets Ahead. You acknowledge that after the expiry of this six month period, you will not be entitled to a refund of any funds not applied to driving lessons or to utilise these funds for booking further driving lessons. If, at any point during this six month period you determine that you do not wish to take any more of your prepaid driving lessons, you are entitled to a refund of the balance of your funds, minus 25% of the remaining balance to cover loss of earnings.
CANCELLATIONS
Unless 48 hours’ notice is given, lessons must be paid for in full.
ROAD SAFETY
We reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without prior notice should the pupil not prove to be up to test standard.
RESPONSIBILITY
We cannot be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or mechanical breakdown, nor for driving tests postponed by the Driving Standards Agency.
